RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your business with Citrus Outboard Recycling. We desire your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, our return policy is outlined below.

Returns:

You may return an item within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels still affixed.

Return Method:

To initiate a return, send an email to sales@outboardrecycling.com requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, securely repackage the item in its original packaging and include the return form. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking for your return.

Refunds:

We will issue a refund once we have received and inspected your return. Please allow up to two (2) business days for us to process your refund after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your credit card issuer, the refund may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your statement. Once the refund has been processed, we will notify you by email.

Exceptions:

Certain items, including carburetors, cannot be returned unless they are not the same as what was ordered. For refunds or exchanges on defective or damaged products, please contact us using the information below.

Please note:

Over-$150.00 returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
